Spicy Cauliflower Stir Fry



  • Half head of cauliflower
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Lime
  • Soy sauce
  • Spring onions
  • Sriracha hot sauce


  1. Wash the cauliflower, break into large pieces and then further into small florets
  2. Slice a couple of spring onions, mince the garlic and slice the lime in half
  3. Heat a couple of spoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan
  4. When the oil is hot put the cauliflower and garlic into the pan and stir it around until it starts to develop a nice colour on the outside
  5. Pour in a little soy sauce and cook a little before squeezing in the juice of the lime and stir the contents of the pan
  6. Add most of the spring onions, reserving some for garnish
  7. Squeeze in as much Sriracha as you like, stir the pan and cook for a further 30 seconds so that all of the sauce is incorporated
  8. Serve it in a bowl with the reserved spring onions sprinkled on top and a couple of further lime wedges
